The Office of Travel Services is happy to offer drop-in trainings to assist with understanding the new Travel and Entertainment Policy updates and also in navigating the new Travel WebForm that is replacing our current Travel Approval and Travel Reimbursement forms. Please stop by to receive one-on-one training that’s catered to your exact questions and needs. These drop-in trainings are open to all University Faculty, Staff, and Students who desire a more personalized learning session. If you have any upcoming pre-trip or post-trip information to submit in Kuali Financial System (KFS) please bring all necessary documentation to these training sessions and someone in the Travel Department will assist in getting these processed.
Besides the new Travel WebForm and Policy updates these drop-in trainings may also cover questions on the Sanditz online booking tool, and direct billings for rental cars and lodging. Drop-in training sessions will begin Thursday July 16th and continue on for every Tuesday and Thursday in the month of July from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. Attendees will be assisted on a first come basis, please feel free to call ahead at 860-486-2068 and ask about out availability.
