Subscriptions to magazines, newspapers or periodicals may be processed using one of the following procedures:

1. 1. A Disbursement Voucher form with the reason code of “K” the commodity code of 155 and the object code of 6130 may be prepared in HuskyBuy for payment. The invoice should include the following information:
      • Name of magazine, newspaper or periodical
      • Dates of subscription
      • Department and address to which the subscription is to be sent
      • Notation as to whether it is a renewal or new subscription
      • A copy of the renewal notice or brochure indicating the cost must be attached
   2. The subscription may be charged on a departmental purchasing card.
